  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-5514, to House File 2234, as
  1  2 passed by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, lines 12 and 13, by striking the words
  1  4 and figures "sections 9H.4, 9H.5, and" and inserting
  1  5 the following:  "section".
  1  6    #2.  Page 1, line 20, by striking the words and
  1  7 figure "chapters 9H and" and inserting the following:
  1  8 "chapter".
  1  9    #3.  Page 1, by inserting after line 41 the
  1 10 following:
  1 11    "5.  The potential future expansion of an eligible
  1 12 business shall be considered a potential use for
  1 13 nonfarming purposes."
