    Class 4A high school jazz band championship. Senator Hansen (4-15-96).

         East High Jazz Ensemble, Sioux City - For receiving 3rd place in
    the Class 4A high school jazz band championship. Senator Hansen

         Matt Baker, North High School, Sioux City - For receiving an
    outstanding soloist award for bass in the Class 4A high school jazz

    outstanding soloist award for trumpet in the Class 4A high school jazz

    outstanding soloist award for tenor saxophone in the Class 4A high

    outstanding soloist award for baritone saxophone in the Class 4A high

         Jonathan Kvam, North High School, Sioux City - For receiving an
    outstanding soloist award for piano in the Class 4A high school jazz

         Adam Schroeder and Ben Sutton, East High School, Sioux City, and
    Rick Stone, North High School, Sioux City - For receiving an outstanding
    soloist award for alto saxophone in the Class 4A high school jazz

    School, Sioux City - For receiving two of the four outstanding soloist
