         Senator Banks offered amendment S-5737 filed by him from the floor
    to amendment S-5700 and called for a division: lines 4-6 as division
    S-5737A and lines 7-13 as division S-5737B.

         Senator Banks moved the adoption of division S-5737A to amendment
    S-5700 and requested a record roll call.
