                         MOTIONS TO RECONSIDER WITHDRAWN

    Senate File 2456

         Senator Rife withdrew the motion to reconsider Senate File 2456, a
    bill for an act exempting from the county property tax limitation
    revenues deposited in the local emergency management fund and providing
    effective and applicability dates, filed by him on April 1, 1996, and
    found on page 1170 of the Senate Journal.

         Senator Neuhauser withdrew the motion to reconsider Senate File
    2456 filed by her on April 2, 1996, and found on page 1183 of the Senate
    Journal.

    House File 2144

         Senator Rife withdrew the motion to reconsider House File 2144, a
    bill for an act relating to the payment by third parties of physician
    assistants and advanced registered nurse practitioners, filed by him on
    April 1, 1996, and found on page 1170 of the Senate Journal.
