         Senator Gettings asked and received unanimous consent that action
    on amendment S-5487 to amendment S-5464 be deferred.

         Senator Lind asked and received unanimous consent that action on
    amendment S-5526 filed by Senators Lind and Freeman from the floor to
    pages 17 and 18 of amendment S-5464 be deferred.

         Senator Rife asked and received unanimous consent that action on
