Senator Bisignano raised the point of order that amendment S-5528
was not germane to amendment S-5464.
The Chair ruled the point well taken and amendment S-5528 out of
order.
Senator Bisignano asked and received unanimous consent that action
on amendment S-5515 filed by him from the floor to pages 20 and 22 of
amendment S-5464 be deferred.
Senator Black offered amendment S-5517 filed by him from the floor
to page 20 of amendment S-5464.
Senator Lind raised the point of order that amendment S-5517 was
not germane to amendment S-5464.
The Chair ruled the point well taken and amendment S-5517 out of
order.
Senator Gettings moved the adoption of amendment S-5487 to pages 17
and 18 of amendment S-5464, previously deferred.
A record roll call was requested.
