                              CONSIDERATION OF BILL

    Senate File 2364

         On motion of Senator Bisignano, Senate File 2364, a bill for an act
    requiring a child day care provider who has been found to have committed
    child abuse to register with the state and related provisions, making an
    appropriation, and providing penalties, was taken up for consideration.

         Senator Bisignano offered amendment S-5421 filed by him on March
    19, 1996, to pages 1-4 and 6 of the bill and moved its adoption.

         Amendment S-5421 was adopted by a voice vote.

         Senator Bisignano moved that the bill be read the last time now and
    placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote, and the
    bill was read the last time.

         On the question Shall the bill pass? (S.F. 2364) the vote was:
