The bill having received a constitutional majority was declared to have passed the Senate and the title was agreed to. Senator Horn asked and received unanimous consent that Senate File 2153 be immediately messaged to the House. HOUSE MESSAGE RECEIVED AND CONSIDERED The following message were received from the Chief Clerk of the House: MR. PRESIDENT: I am directed to inform your honorable body that the House has on March 21, 1996, adopted the following resolution in which the concurrence of the Senate is asked: House Concurrent Resolution 114, a concurrent resolution establishing a Childhood Recognition Day. This resolution was read first time and passed on file. ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION (Regular Calendar) Senate Concurrent Resolution 111 On motion of Senator Boettger, Senate Concurrent Resolution 111, a concurrent resolution establishing a Childhood Recognition Day, with report of committee recommending passage, was taken up for consideration. Senator Boettger asked and received unanimous consent that House Concurrent Resolution 114 be substituted for Senate Concurrent Resolution 111. House Concurrent Resolution 114 On motion of Senator Boettger, House Concurrent Resolution 114, a concurrent resolution establishing a Childhood Recognition Day, was taken up for consideration. Senator Boettger moved the adoption of House Concurrent Resolution 114, which motion prevailed by a voice vote.
