         With the adoption of amendments S-5416 and 5380, the Chair ruled
    amendment S-5445 filed by Senator Bennett from the floor to pages 20-29
    and the title page of the bill, out of order.

         Senator Bartz asked and received unanimous consent that action on
    amendment S-5449 filed by Senators Bartz and Judge to page 25 of the
    bill be deferred.

         Senator Bartz offered amendment S-5443 filed by Senators Bartz and
    Borlaug from the floor to page 29 of the bill, moved its adoption and
    requested a record roll call.
