  1  1    Amend Senate File 2449 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 25, by inserting after line 25 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "   .  The fact that the family farm animal feeding
  1  5 operation or the person who owns the operation has
  1  6 received assistance, monetary or otherwise, from the
  1  7 authority shall not prevent the operation from being
  1  8 eligible for assistance under programs available under
  1  9 this section."
