The Senate resumed consideration of Senate File 2335, a bill for an
act relating to the minimum age for gambling at racetract enclosures,
and subjecting violators to a penalty, deferred March 18, 1996.
Senator Black offered amendment S-5406 filed by him on March 19,
1996, to page 1 and the title page of the bill.
Senator Lind raised the point of order that amendment S-5406 was
not germane to the bill.
Senator Lind withdrew his point of order.
Senator Black moved the adoption of amendment S-5406, which motion
prevailed by a voice vote.
Senator Bartz offered amendment S-5362 filed by him on March 18,
1996, to page 1 of the bill, moved its adoption and requested a record
roll call.
