CONSIDERATION OF BILLS (Regular Calendar) Senate File 2103 On motion of Senator Hammond, Senate File 2103, a bill for an act relating to the provision of outpatient services and treatment to minors with mental illness at community mental health centers without the consent of a parent or legal guardian, was taken up for consideration. President pro tempore Bisignano took the chair at 10:27 a.m. Senator Boettger offered amendment S-5033 filed by Senators Boettger and Kramer on February 1, 1996, to page 1 of the bill, moved its adoption and requested a non record roll call. The ayes were 26, nays 24.
