1 1 Amend Senate File 2335 as follows:
1 2 #1. Page 1, by inserting before line 1 the
1 3 following:
1 4 "Section 1. Section 99F.4, Code 1995, is amended
1 5 by adding the following new subsection:
1 6 NEW SUBSECTION. 22. To specify the style and size
1 7 of public notices, not less than twelve inches by
1 8 eighteen inches, which notify the patrons of the
1 9 racetrack enclosures and the excursion gambling boats
1 10 of the par sheet theoretical averages for payouts of
1 11 slot machines operating in those gambling facilities.
1 12 The public notices shall show the par sheet
1 13 theoretical averages for slot machine payouts by
1 14 denomination of coins or dollars and the overall
1 15 theoretical average for each racetrack enclosure and
1 16 excursion gambling boat. The commission shall provide
1 17 that the public notices are posted in locations
1 18 conspicuous to the patrons of the gambling
1 19 facilities."
1 20 #2. Page 1, by inserting after line 9 the
1 21 following:
1 22 "Sec. . Section 99F.7, subsection 16, Code
1 23 Supplement 1995, is amended by striking the
1 24 subsection."
1 25 #3. Title page, line 2, by inserting after the
1 26 word "enclosures" the following: "and the posting of
1 27 par sheet theoretical payout averages for slot
1 28 machines".
