ADOPTION OF RESOLUTIONS (Regular Calendar) Senate Concurrent Resolution 110 On motion of Senator Szymoniak, Senate Concurrent Resolution 110, a concurrent resolution designating March 1996 as Iowa Womens History Month, with report of committee recommending passage, was taken up for consideration. Senator Szymoniak moved the adoption of Senate Concurrent Resolution 110, which motion prevailed by a voice vote. Senate Concurrent Resolution 115 On motion of Senator Vilsack, Senate Concurrent Resolution 115, a concurrent resolution requesting that Iowas congressional delegation support guaranteed state legislative involvement in the reorganization, implementation, and funding of federal workforce development and job training programs in the states, was taken up for consideration. Senator Vilsack moved the adoption of Senate Concurrent Resolution 115, which motion prevailed by a voice vote. Senate Concurrent Resolution 114 On motion of Senator Dvorsky, Senate Concurrent Resolution 114, a concurrent resolution recognizing the League of Women Voters of Iowa and Cornell College for their efforts in creating an Internet-accessible system for obtaining legislative information, was taken up for consideration. Senator Dvorsky moved the adoption of Senate Concurrent Resolution 114, which motion prevailed by a voice vote. IMMEDIATELY MESSAGED Senator Horn asked and received unanimous consent that Senate Concurrent Resolutions 110, 114 and 115 be immediately messaged to the House.
