    the following governors appointees for appointment and reappointment as
    members of state boards, departments and commissions pursuant to 1995
    Code of Iowa sections:

         For reappointment as members of the Accountancy Examining Board
    pursuant to Section 542C.3 for terms beginning May 1, 1996, and ending
    April 30, 1999:

         Dorothy R. Dunphy, Creston, Union County, and Paul S. Stave,
    Spencer, Clay County.

         For reappointment as members of the Agricultural Development
    Authority pursuant to Section 175.3 for terms beginning May 1, 1996, and
    ending April 30, 2002:

         Steven A. Basler, Sharpsburg, Taylor County; Sonja L. Larsen,
    Ottumwa, Wapello County and Diana L. Stadtmueller, Monticello, Jones
    County.

         For appointment as members of the Alcoholic Beverages Commission
    pursuant to Section 123.5:

         Robert L. Cramer, Boone, Boone County, for a term beginning March
    14, 1996, and ending April 30, 1998, and Dick C. Stoffer, Chariton,
    Lucas County, for a term beginning May 1, 1996, and ending April 30,
    2001.

         As members of the Architectural Examining Board pursuant to Section
    544A.1 for terms beginning May 1, 1996, and ending April 30, 1999:
