                            PRESENTATION OF VISITORS

         Senator Priebe welcomed the Honorable Norman G. Rodgers, former
    member of the House and Senate from Dallas County, who was present in
    the Senate chamber.

         The Chair welcomed the following visitors who were present in the
    Senate gallery:

         Six eighth grade students from Manson-Northwest Webster High
    School, Barnum, accompanied by Kathy Cordes. Senator Halvorson.



                              MOTION TO RECONSIDER

         MR. PRESIDENT: I move to reconsider the vote by which amendment
    S-5173 to Senate File 2406 was adopted by the Senate on March 13, 1996.

    Cornell College for their efforts in creating an Internet-accessible
    system for obtaining legislative information.
