  1  3 word "Act" the following:  "providing for notification
  1  4 to schools by peace officers of the possession of
  1  5 alcohol or controlled substances by juveniles,
  1  6 providing that certain identifying information
  1  7 regarding juveniles involved in delinquent acts is a
  1  8 public record,".
