         The Senate resumed consideration of Senate File 2442, a bill for an
    act relating to appropriations for the department of human services and
    the prevention of disabilities policy council and including other
    provisions and appropriations involving human services and health care
    and providing for effective and applicability dates, previously
    deferred.

         Senator Banks offered amendment S-5309 filed by him from the floor
    to pages 29 and 31 of the bill and moved its adoption.

         A record roll call was requested.
