  1  1    Amend Senate File 2442 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 38, by inserting after line 12 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "   .  For an individual who is dependent upon the
  1  5 use of a ventilator for a minimum of eighteen hours
  1  6 per day and is able to reside at the individual's home
  1  7 with the assistance of a ventilator, the medical
  1  8 equipment dealer shall be reimbursed for the actual
  1  9 costs of the backup ventilator which is used in the
  1 10 individual's home."
  1 11    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
