    providing the location and frequency of the certification class and
    examination relating to authorization under federal law for a person to
    purchase the chlorofluorocarbon freon.

    Recommendation: APPROVED COMMITTEE BILL.

    Final Vote: Ayes, 13: Priebe, Judge, Banks, Black, Boswell, Douglas,
    Fraise, Giannetto, Hedge, Husak, Palmer, Sorensen and Zieman. Nays,
    none. Absent or not voting, 2: Lundby and McLaren.

    Fiscal Note: NOT REQUIRED UNDER JOINT RULE 17.
