    McKean, Rittmer and Zieman. Nays, none. Absent or not voting, 1: Judge.

    ALSO:

    Final Bill Action: SENATE FILE 2359 (formerly Senate File 456), a bill
    for an act relating to the source of payment of the fee and expenses of
    a county medical examiner related to services provided for a person
    whose death affects the public interest.

    Recommendation: APPROVED COMMITTEE BILL.

    Final Vote: Ayes, 10: Sorensen, Fink, Maddox, Black, Fraise, Halvorson,
    Judge, McKean, Rittmer and Zieman. Nays, none.

    NATURAL RESOURCES, ENVIRONMENT AND ENERGY
