         *Pursuant to Senate Rule 40, the Legislative Service Bureau

    for an act relating to the releasing of a lien on the real property of a
    child support obligor following closure of a case for which the child
    support recovery unit is providing services.

    Final Vote: Ayes, 12: Giannetto, Vilsack, McKean, Bartz, Boettger,
    Drake, Fraise, Hammond, Hansen, Maddox, Redfern and Szymoniak. Nays,

    for an act requiring a child day care provider who has been found to
    have committed child abuse to register with the state and related
    provisions, making an appropriation, and providing penalties.
