Senate File 2157
The Senate resumed consideration of Senate File 2157, a bill for an
act relating to the duties of the college student aid commission in
administering the Iowa guaranteed loan program, creating a chiropractic
loan revolving fund, and providing for matters related to the
chiropractic graduate student forgivable loan program, deferred February
22, 1996.
Senator Bartz withdrew amendment S-5108 filed by him on February
22, 1996, to page 1 and the title page of the bill.
Senator Douglas offered amendment S-5111 filed by her on February
22, 1996, to page 2 and the title page of the bill.
Senator Fink raised the point of order that amendment S-5111 was
not germane to the bill.
