         Senate File 2307, by Szymoniak, a bill for  an act relating to
    programs available to persons with disabilities which are administered
    by the department of human services.

         Read first time and passed on file.

         Senate File 2308, by Lind, a bill for  an act relating to
    psychological and substance abuse testing of drug abuse resistance
    education officers.

         Read first time and passed on file.

         Senate File 2309, by Lind, a bill for  an act providing a lottery
    ticket credit for state income taxes paid, and providing an
    applicability date.

         Read first time and passed on file.

         Senate File 2310, by Lind, a bill for  an act relating to the
    releasing of a lien on the real property of a child support obligor
    following closure of a case for which the child support recovery unit is
    providing services.

         Read first time and passed on file.



                               HOUSE AMENDMENT TO

                           SENATE AMENDMENT CONSIDERED

    House File 2114

         Senator Murphy called up for consideration House File 2114, a bill
    for an act relating to and making supplemental appropriations for the
    fiscal year beginning July 1, 1995, and providing an effective date,
    amended by the Senate, further amended by the House and moved that the
    Senate concur in House amendment S-5107 to Senate amendment H-5079 filed
    February 22, 1996.

         The motion lost by a voice vote and the Senate refused to concur in
    the House amendment to the Senate amendment.

         Senator Horn asked and received unanimous consent that House File
    2114 be immediately messaged to the House.
