         Senator Horn asked and received unanimous consent that action  on
    Senate File 2245 be deferred (amendment S-5120 pending).



                           INTRODUCTION OF RESOLUTION

         Senate Concurrent Resolution 109, by Szymoniak, a concurrent
    resolution urging the United States Congress to amend relevant law to
    facilitate the development and approval of new drugs and biologics.
