    general assemblys intent regarding the primary purpose of the Iowa
    communications network and limitations on the addition of authorized
    users.

         Read first time under Rule 28 and passed on file.

         Senate File 2265, by committee on Judiciary, a bill for  an act
    relating to the required participation of parents of minor children in a
    seminar prior to the granting of a dissolution of marriage decree and
    certain contested modification of custody orders.

         Read first time under Rule 28 and placed on calendar.
