  1  1    Amend Senate File 2037 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, line 20, by striking the words "This
  1  3 section" and inserting the following:  "Subsection 2".
  1  4    #2.  Page 1, by striking line 21, and inserting the
  1  5 following:
  1  6    "a.  An animal feeding operation structure which is
  1  7 part of a confinement feeding operation, if the
  1  8 confinement feeding operation has an animal".
  1  9    #3.  Page 1, by striking lines 23 and 24, and
  1 10 inserting the following:  "animals.  However,
  1 11 subsection 2 shall apply to an animal feeding
  1 12 operation structure which is part of a confinement
  1 13 feeding operation which confines only bovine animals
  1 14 or poultry."
  1 15    #4.  By renumbering as necessary.
