ISAACSON Chief Clerk of the House COMMITTEE ON APPROPRIATIONS Committee Bill (Formerly House Study Bill 746), relating to the funding of, operation of, and appropriation of moneys to agencies, institutions, commissions, departments, and boards responsible for education and cultural programs of this state and making related statutory changes and providing effective date provisions. Fiscal Note is not required. Recommended Amend and Do Pass March 7, 1996. COMMITTEE ON JUDICIARY House File 2331, a bill for an act expanding the factors that a court and the state department of transportation may consider in ordering the issuance of a temporary restricted license, and providing an effective date. Fiscal Note is not required. Recommended Do Pass March 1, 1996. RESOLUTION FILED HR 104, by Churchill, Corbett, Schrader, Bell, Masher, Nelson of Marshall and Nelson of Pottawattamie, a house resolution urging the United States government to reassess its policy relating to the dispute between the People's Republic of China (mainland communist China) and the Republic of China (ROC) on Taiwan.
