Permitting an eligible institution under the postsecondary
enrollment options law to offer a course for an eligible pupil
at a location leased by the eligible institution from the board
of directors of a school district.
H.S.B. 685  Commerce-Regulation 
Amending the uniform commercial code relating to letters of
credit and providing an effective date.
