                      CONFIRMATION OF GOVERNORS APPOINTMENT

                       (Individual Confirmation Calendar)

         Senator Borlaug called up the appointment of Kathryn Draeger as a
    member of the Environmental Protection Commission, placed on the
    Individual Confirmation Calendar on March 29, 1995, and found on page
    963 of the Senate Journal.

         Senator Borlaug moved that the foregoing appointment be confirmed
    by the Senate.

         On the question Shall the appointee be confirmed? the vote was:
