         Senator Lind called up the appointment of Bradley R. Peyton as a
    member of the State Racing and Gaming Commission, placed on the
    Individual Confirmation Calendar on March 29, 1995, without
    recommendation and found on page 963 of the Senate Journal.

         Senator Lind moved that the foregoing appointment be confirmed by
    the Senate.

         On the question Shall the appointee be confirmed? the vote was:

         Senator Giannetto called up the reappointment of Larry J. Jatho as
    a member of the Commission of Veterans Affairs, placed on the Individual
    Confirmation Calendar on March 29, 1995, without recommendation, and
    found on page 962 of the Senate Journal.
