         Senator Giannetto offered amendment S-3388 filed by Senators
    Giannetto, Deluhery and Tinsman from the floor to pages 1-5 and the
    title page of the bill and moved its adoption.

         Amendment S-3388 was adopted by a voice vote.

         Senator Giannetto moved that the bill be read the last time now and
    placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote, and the
    bill was read the last time.

                      CONFIRMATION OF GOVERNORS APPOINTEES

                       (Individual Confirmation Calendar)

         Senator Hansen called up the appointment of Dr. Beth K. Bruening as
    a member of the Community Health Management Information System Governing
    Board, placed on the Individual Confirmation Calendar on March 16, 1995,
    and found on page 677 of the Senate Journal.

         Senator Hansen moved that the foregoing appointment be confirmed by
    the Senate.
