House File 471 On motion of Senator Giannetto, House File 471, a bill for an act relating to prison time served by persons convicted of an aggravated misdemeanor or greater offense, by providing for changes in the mandatory minimum terms of sentences to be served, by permitting the imposition of up to ninety days of the total sentence in a county jail in addition to any terms of probation, and providing for a reduction in the amount of good and honor time that may be earned by forcible felons, with report of committee recommending passage, was taken up for consideration.
