    reported nonsubstantive changes to the members of the Agriculture
    Committee on Senate File 172 and they were attached to the committee
    report.

    Final Bill Action: SENATE FILE 173 (LSB 1618), a bill for an act
    relating to eggs and poultry by reorganizing the statutory provisions
    and providing for the administration of the Iowa egg council,
    assessments and refunds, and the repeal of certain sections, and
    providing an effective date.

    Recommendation: APPROVED COMMITTEE BILL.

    Final Vote: Ayes, 14: Priebe, Judge, Bartz, Banks, Black, Boswell,
    Douglas, Fraise, Giannetto, Hedge, Husak, Palmer, Sorensen and Zieman.
