    investigate the following governors appointment, completed its
    investigation on February 21, 1995, and recommended the appointee be
    confirmed:

         Dr. Therese M. Vaughan as Commissioner of Insurance.

    AGRICULTURE

    Final Bill Action: *SENATE FILE 172 (SSB 117), a bill for an act
    providing for a livestock health initiative and providing an
    appropriation.

    Recommendation: APPROVED COMMITTEE BILL.

    Final Vote: Ayes, 11: Priebe, Judge, Bartz, Black, Boswell, Douglas,
    Fraise, Hedge, Husak, Palmer and Zieman. Nays, none. Absent or not
