    reported nonsubstantive changes to the members of the Human Resources

    providing for a livestock health initiative and providing an
    appropriation.

         Senate File 173, by committee on Agriculture, a bill for  an act
    relating to eggs and poultry by reorganizing the statutory provisions
    and providing for the administration of the Iowa egg council,
    assessments and refunds, and the repeal of certain sections, and
    providing an effective date.

         Read first time under Rule 28 and placed on calendar.

         Senate File 174, by committee on Human Resources, a bill for an act
    relating to health facilities under the purview of the department of
    inspections and appeals.

         Read first time under Rule 28 and placed on calendar.

         Senate File 175, by committee on Commerce, a bill for an act
    relating to the definition of the federal Truth in Lending Act in the
    Iowa consumer credit code.

         Read first time under Rule 28 and placed on calendar.
