         Providing for the issuance of single general permits by the
    department of naural resources and providing an effective date.

         Relating to shared superintendents for purposes of the
    supplementary weightig plan for public school districts and   providing
    effective and retroactive appicability dates.

         State Government

         Relating to state government personnel procedures, including   job
    classificatons, pay plans, recall from layoff, affirmative   action
    reports, disability prorams, deferred compensation,   phased retirement,
    and certain county election oficials.

    SSB 124
         State Government

         Relating to certain state purchasing procedures and charges   for
    publicationsinvolving the department of general services.

    SSB 125
         State Government

         Relating to the Iowa state fair board, by providing that   managers
    of county nd district fairs administered by   agricultural societies are
    not eligible to srve as board   members.

    SSB 126
         State Government

         Redesignating the historical resource development program as   the
    resource enancement and protection historical resource   grants and
    loans program.
