         MR. PRESIDENT: We were out of the Senate chamber in a conference
    committee when the vote was taken on Senate File 114.

         Had we been present, we would have voted aye on the bill.

         Appropriation

         Relating to state aid payments to school districts for the school
    budget yea commencing July 1, 1995, as a result of increasing   the
    budget guarantee and rducing the additional property tax levy,   making
    appropriations, and providing ffective and applicability   date
    provisions.

    SSB 120
         Judiciary

         Relating to the adoption of uniform fees to be charged an attorney
    for dupliate health care provider records.
