    Final Bill Action: SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION 13, a concurrent
    resolution recognizing the seventy-fifth anniversary of the founding of
    the League of Women Voters of Iowa.

    Recommendation: DO PASS.

    Final Vote: Ayes, 9: Szymoniak, Hammond, Boettger, Bartz, Dvorksy,
    Hansen, Kramer, Neuhauser and Vilsack. Nays, none. Absent or not voting,
    1: Tinsman.

    Fiscal Note: NOT REQUIRED UNDER JOINT RULE 17.



                              INTRODUCTION OF BILL

         Senate File 139, by Boswell, a bill for an act pertaining to againg
    programs and services administered by the department of elder affairs
    and making an appropriation.

         Read first time under rule 28 and passed on file.
