         An annual report prepared per the requirements of Iowa Code 225C.6
    (i).

                         DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES

         Pursuant to 258A., Code of Iowa, a summary of activities for the
    1994 certification programs.

                      IOWA BUSINESS INVESTMENT CORPORATION

         HR 2415, Section 29(e), enacted by the 1994 session of the Iowa
    General Assembly and approved by the Governor, directed the Iowa
    Business Investment Corporation to develop a proposal for a venture
    capital company to facilitate development of Iowa small businesses.  The
    report contains this proposal and recommendations.

                     IOWA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE AND FINANCE

         An Annual Report detailing the Departments activities and
    accomplishments while administering Iowas tax laws and Iowas financial
    management operations during the fiscal year ending June 30, 1994.

                      INTERNATIONAL NETWORK ON TRADE, INC.

         The Annual Report for 1994.

                     REPORT TO THE GOVERNOR AND THE GENERAL

                       ASSEMBLY ON A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

                 INITIATIVE FOR ENTREPRENEURS WITH DISABILITIES.

         A report as required by HR 2403, 75 General Assembly.

                      STATE OF IOWA 750 BED MEDIUM SECURITY

                  CORRECTIONAL FACILITY FOR MEN - NEWTON,  IOWA

         A report submitted in response to HF 2350.  The department of
    corrections shall issue a request for the construction of additional
    medium security correctional beds for men to be located  at the Newton
    correctional facility, which would only  be constructed if the proposal
    is accepted.

                        IOWA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION

         Government services card system.  Plan for the development and
    implementation of a statewide governmental services card system.   Final
    report pursuant to Chater 1193, Acts and Joint  Resolutions enacted at
    the 1992 Regular Session of the 74th General Assembly of the Sate of
    Iowa.  Code Section 18.138.
