                           DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH

         Health Data Commission Legislative Report December 1, 1994, as
    required by HF 2376.

                      IOWA DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES

         This is the annual report to the General Assembly to meet the
    requirements of Section 455B.427.  It describes the condition of the
    Hazardous Waste Remedial Fund.

                        IOWA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION

         A copy of the 1995-1999 Transportation Improvement Program approved
    by the State Transportation Commission on December 13, 1994, as required
    by Section 307A.2(12) of the Code of Iowa.  This is a part of the
    Departments annual report required by Section 7A.9 of the Code.

                         IOWA DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE

         Office of Renewable Fuels and Co-Products.  This report summarizes
    the activities of the office since the passage of House File 2337.

                           DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN RIGHTS

                      DIVISION OF COMMUNITY ACTION AGENCIES

         In accordance with Senate File 2091, Section 4, a copy of the
    report An Evaluation of Weatherization/Rehabilitation Funding Options.

                         DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES

         A report regarding the results of the Toxic Cleanup Days conducted
    in the 1994 calendar year.  The report has been prepared to meet the
    requirement of Iowa Code Section 455F.8.

                 IOWA TELECOMMUNICATIONS & TECHNOLOGY COMMISSION

         Pursuant to Section 23, Senate File 2089, an organizational plan is
    submitted by the Iowa Telecommunications and Technology Commission for
    approval.

                           DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH

         The 1993 Final Report from the behavioral risk factor surveillance
    system.  The report present both 1993 trend data on health risk factors
    including general health status, diet and weight, tobacco use, alcohol
    use, seat belt use, high cholosterol, high blood pressure, mammography
    screening, pap smears, AIDS health insurance coverage and access to
    health care.
