                            DEPARTMENT OF MANAGEMENT

         In accordance with Iowa Code 19B.7, the Department of Management is
    submitting the Contract Compliance Report for FY 1994.

               IOWA DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE AND LAND STEWARDSHIP

         Senate File 2314 directed the Iowa Department of Agriculture and
    Land Stewardship to conduct a study of ...its licensing fee structure
    for the inspection of commercial weighing and measuring devices... and
    to ...examine the relationship between fees and costs incurred in
    administration, regulation, and enforcement...

                            DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS

         The Literacy Project Report from the Department of Corrections in
    compliance with the legislative mandate established in Chapter 1196,
    Section 4, Subsection 4, Acts of the 1994 General Assembly.

                             STATE BOARD OF REGENTS

         In accordance with Section 262A.3 of the Code of Iowa,  the Board
    of Regents FY 1996-FY 2000 Five Year Building Program.
