Waterloo Democrat 34th Senatorial District Black Hawk County. Born May 13, 1929, at Waterloo, Iowa, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Lester C. Fulton. Attended East Waterloo High School and State College of Iowa. B.S.C., State University of Iowa, 1952; J.D., State University of Iowa, 1958. Married Rachael Breault Sept. 10, 1955. Four children. Practices law in Waterloo. Two years in air force. Served in house in 58th G.A. First session in senate.
