Born in 1832. He was a residence of Magnolia, Iowa, originally from Vermont. He was appointed Captain August 13, 1862 of Co C., 29th Iowa Infantry. He mustered out December 1, 1862 at Camp Dodge, Council Bluffs, Iowa. He died March 14, 1863, at Greenwood, Mississippi. Mr. Fuller represented Crawford county in the Ninth General Assembly.
