Topics on general areas of downtown economic development, telecommunications utility development and marketing, women in leadership, organizational change, and electric restructuring. In 1995, recognized by the City of Cedar Falls for her service to downtown development, and in 2008 was named Legislator of the Year by the Iowa Bankers Association.
