Received B.S. in business administration from Milligan College in Johnson City, TN. Served three terms on Poweshiek County Board of Supervisors. Member of Kiwanis, Poweshiek Area Development, and Grinnell Christian Church. Co-owner of Carroll's Pumpkin Farm. Elected to three terms on Poweshiek County Board of Supervisors. Wife Joy; one son and two daughters. Serving fifth term in House.
