Received B.B.A. in finance and M.B.A. in accounting from the University of Iowa. Linn-Mar Booster Club Treasurer. Member of Cedar Rapids Area Chamber and Elmcrest Country Club. Past volunteer instructor for Cedar Rapids Junior Achievement, past president and treasurer of Iowa Soft Drink Association and Illinois Soft Drink Association. Past board member of Beautify Iowa Recycling Program Board. Wife Terri; one daughter and two sons. Serving second term in House.
