CHARLES R. GIPP Farmer. Born, raised, and resides in Decorah. Graduated from Thomas Roberts High School Decorah. Received B.A. from Luther College. Member of Iowa Farm Bureau, Municipal Fire and Police Retirement Systems, Decorah Area Chamber of Commerce, and First Lutheran Church. Served six years in the U.S. Army Reserves. Served as House Assistant Majority Leader and Majority Whip. Wife Ranae; one son and one daughter. Serving seventh term in House.
