Retired owner of a machinery repair business. Born, raised, and resides in Sioux City. Attended Sioux City Public Schools and went on to serve in the military, serving in an engineer aviation battalion in Korea. Started the Wood- bury County Association for Retarded Citizens and served as one of its first presidents. Member of Sioux City Planning and Zoning Commission, Riverside PAC, and Siouxland Metropolitan Planning Council (SIMPCO). Wife Donna; three daughters, one son, and five grandsons. Serving third term in House.
