J.D., Drake Law School, 1979. Partner, Drake, Wilson & Jay, a three-member Centerville law firm. Married Julie Jensen of Bronson, 1981. One child, Ashley. Member: Centerville United Methodist Church, Elks, Centerville Jaycees, Phi Beta Kappa, Iowa and American bar associations. Fourth term.
